1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa w zakresie kompleksowej organizacji, koordynacji i obsługi konferencji promującej zasady horyzontalne Funduszy Europejskich realizowanej w ramach programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Śląskiego 2021-2027. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia wpisuje się w kryterium dostępu do wszystkich użytkowników, w tym osób niepełnosprawnych. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby pomieszczenia i przestrzeń, w której odbędzie się konferencja spełniały wymagania związane z dostępnością dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami (m. in.: podjazd, toaleta). 4. Zamawiający wymaga, w ramach zapewnienia usługi cateringu, podawania wyłącznie kawy i herbaty, które posiadają certyfikat FAIRTRADE lub równoważny. Certyfikat potwierdza, że drobni rolnicy/producenci kawy i herbaty otrzymali przynajmniej cenę minimalną Fairtrade (jeżeli taka cena została ustalona), lub cena za dany produkt była negocjowana na poziomie producent/producenci– kupiec, oraz że wypłacona została premia Fairtrade lub równoważna premia na projekty rozwojowe wspierające społeczność lokalną, a także zapewnione zostały odpowiednie warunki socjalne zgodnie z Konwencjami Międzynarodowej Organizacji Pracy i Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych: ochrona praw kobiet, zakaz wszelkich form dyskryminacji, zakaz pracy przymusowej i niewykorzystywanie pracy dzieci, wolność zrzeszania się, bezpieczeństwo i ochrona zdrowia. 5.
