Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) świadczenie usługi wsparcia technicznego dla posiadanego przez Zamawiającego sprzętu informatycznego i związanego z nim oprogramowania, wyszczególnionego w Załączniku nr 1 do Istotnych Postanowień Umowy, zwanych dalej „IPU”, stanowiących Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ, w celu zapewnienia poprawnego i nieprzerwanego (stabilnego) działania Sprzętu (dalej jako „Wsparcie Techniczne Producenta Sprzętu”); 2) świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego usługi wsparcia technicznego w puli 300 roboczogodzin (dalej jako „Wsparcie Techniczne Wykonawcy”). 2. Szczegółowy opis oraz warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w IPU, stanowiących Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
