Accommodation and catering service for police officers - task no. 3

The subject of the order is the accommodation and catering service for police officers - task no. 3. The subject of the contract includes: 1) accommodation: a) all police officers at the Hotel Aramis, ul. Mangalia 3b, 02-758 Warsaw; b) in double rooms with a minimum area of 4 m2 per person, equipped with a full sanitary unit, two large wardrobes, a shoe cabinet for at least 4 pairs of shoes, a freestanding or wall-mounted coat rack with at least 4 hooks, two single beds or sofa beds with minimum dimensions of 90-200 cm (excluding bunk beds), bedside tables in a quantity corresponding to the number of beds in each room, a mirror, and a set of bedding and towels, c) the duty police officer in a separate single room, located on the same floor as the rooms referred to in point b), equipped with a full sanitary unit, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe for service clothing, and a cabinet for keys to the rooms where police officers are accommodated. The Ordering Party will not place orders for catering for duty police officers. 2) catering in kind, served in a canteen or restaurant, in buffet or served form: a) on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week, with three meals: between 04:00 and 10:00: breakfast consisting of a hot meal, bread, cold cuts (cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, jams, breakfast cereals, milk, butter, etc.), tea, coffee; between 11:00 and 18:00: a two-course lunch (with dish temperatures not lower than: a) 75°C - soup, b) 65°C - main course) consisting of soup, main course, compote or fruit drink (serving mineral water as the only drink with lunch is not allowed) and dessert (fruit, cake); between 19:00 and 01:00: dinner consisting of a hot meal, bread, cold cuts (cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, jams, breakfast cereals, milk, butter, etc.), tea, coffee; The Ordering Party reserves the right to replace any meal with packed rations, which should be vacuum-packed (including cold cuts, cheeses, and perishable products), excluding fruits and cans. All elements included in the packed rations for one person will be packed in a durable bag. The composition of the packed rations will correspond to the monetary value of the meal for which it is replaced. In exceptional situations, the meal times referred to in point 2) letter a) may be changed to adapt them to the police officers' duty hours. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor of any changes in due time.
