Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa zdalnego udostępniania systemu obsługi automatycznego przesyłania wiadomości SMS oraz usługa wspierająca zarządzanie przesyłaniem wiadomości SMS z systemów centralnych Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej. 2. Zamawiający, wymaga, aby w ramach realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca m. in.: - udostępnił Zamawiającemu usługę umożliwiającą masowe wysyłanie - maksymalnie do 33 330 000 SMS-ów (słownie: trzydzieści trzy miliony trzysta trzydzieści tysięcy), komunikatów będących wiadomościami tekstowymi SMS z systemów informatycznych Zamawiającego, zwanych dalej Systemem, do odbiorców w ramach wszystkich sieci komórkowych na terenie kraju, funkcjonujących w momencie zawierania umowy oraz powstałych w okresie obowiązywania umowy, zgodnie z poniższą definicją: a) SMS standardowy – wiadomość tekstowa SMS z własnym polem nadawcy skutecznie przekazana do operatorów sieci komórkowych w ciągu maks. 30 sek. (w protokole SMPP stosowana jest domyślna wartość parametru priority_flag – wartość 0), b) SMS priorytetowy (autoryzacyjny) – wiadomość SMS z własnym polem nadawcy skutecznie przekazana do operatorów sieci komórkowych w ciągu maks. 5 sek. (podwyższony priorytet w protokole SMPP – priority_flag – wartość 2). Liczba SMS-ów priorytetowych stanowić będzie maksymalnie 50% wszystkich wysyłanych SMS-ów. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają Projektowane postanowienia umowy - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
