Original language: PolishPrzedmiotem zamówienia są usługi cateringowe na całodobowe żywienie pacjentów Szpitala Powiatowego w Rawiczu Sp. z o.o. (przygotowanie; dostawa i dystrybucja). Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje: • 75000 osobodni w okresie od 01.09.2026r. do 31.08.2028r. oraz • 43000 dodatków żywieniowych „dobry posiłek dla szpitali” w okresie od 01.09.2026r. do 31.08.2028r. dla Oddziału Wewnętrznego, Oddziału Chirurgicznego z pododdziałem Ortopedycznym, Oddziału Pediatrycznego, Oddziału Geriatrycznego. Przedmiot zamówienia zwany jest dalej „Przedmiotem Zamówienia” lub „Usługą”. Szczegółowy zakres i opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób jego realizacji został określony w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ oraz w projekcie umowy stanowiącej załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. Przedmiot zamówienia zwany jest dalej „Przedmiotem zamówienia” lub „Usługą”.
