Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych zmieszanych i zebranych selektywnie z nieruchomości zamieszkałych, oraz odbiór i zagospodarowanie segregowanych odpadów komunalnych z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych z terenu Gminy Tuszów Narodowy w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r. Zamawiający zapewnia pojemniki na odpady zmieszane, zaś Wykonawca worki do gromadzenia odpadów selektywnych. Przedmiot zamówienia należy wykonać w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowanie odpadów do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach(t.j.
