Przedmiot zamówienia: „Usługi szkolenia specjalistycznego dla nauczycieli i uczniów - III” w ramach projektu pn.: „Logistyczny Tandem: Spedytor i Handlowiec”, Projekt nr FELD.08.08-IZ.00-0068/24-00 pn. „Logistyczny Tandem: Spedytor i Handlowiec” jest współfinansowany ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego Plus w ramach Programu Regionalnego Fundusze Europejskie dla Łódzkiego 2021-2027. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie Kursu prawa jazdy – B dla 50 uczniów, szczegółowo opisanego w Załączniku Nr 9 do SWZ. 5. Kod CPV: 80510000-2 usługi szkolenia specjalistycznego, 80530000-8 Usługi szkolenia zawodowego 6. Wykonawca nie ma możliwości dołączenia kierowanych przez Zamawiającego osób do rekrutowanej przez siebie grupy. 7. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do nieobciążania uczestników żadnymi dodatkowymi kosztami. 8. Wykonawca musi zapewnić odpowiednie zasoby techniczne, niezbędne do należytej realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia, spełniające wymogi w zakresie BHP. 9. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do monitorowania poszczególnych etapów, w tym egzaminu, m.in. do poinformowania kursantów o terminie egzaminu, o wydawaniu przez instytucję egzaminacyjną wymaganych dokumentów, zgodnie z OPZ.
