Data Transmission Services in the WAN and Internet Access Network

This tender concerns the provision of Wide Area Network (WAN) data transmission services for administrative courts, along with Internet access services. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring the operation of a WAN network that connects all specified locations, as detailed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Special Conditions of Contract), to the Primary and Backup Data Centers. This network will utilize MPLS technology for inter-location connectivity and DWDM technology for the link between the Primary and Backup Data Centers. A key requirement is the logical separation of the client's data traffic from that of other contractors' clients, ensuring security and performance. Additionally, the contractor will provide Internet access from both the Primary and Backup Data Centers.
