Removal of accumulated biomass outside the Baligówka peatland area.

1. The subject of the order is the removal of excess biomass resulting from tree felling from the Baligówka peatland dome. 2. The purpose of the order is to improve the proper condition of the raised bog by collecting and transporting the excess biomass (logs, piles of branches, etc.) outside the peatland dome with minimal invasiveness and its further management/disposal. Annex No. 1 - OPZ, point III 8 describes the minimum parameters after achieving which an improvement in the peatland's condition is expected. 3. The work will be carried out on a habitat of special natural value, which is marshy, waterlogged, with a varied and sensitive structure. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Annex No. 9 OPZ. 5. The contracting authority – based on art. 95 para. 1 of the Act – requires that the contractor or subcontractor employs persons directed by the contractor or subcontractor to perform physical work, such as: collecting and transporting excess biomass (logs, piles of branches, etc.), if the performance of these activities consists of performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, 807, 1423, 1661, of 2026, item 25.). The contractor is obliged to ensure that employees are employed on the basis of an employment relationship for the duration of the contract for at least the period of performing the aforementioned activities.
