Råde kommune (RK) og Østfold fylkeskommune (ØFK) har til hensikt å få etablert ca. 3800 meter ny gang- og sykkelvei og nytt VA-anlegg langs deler av Tombveien (Fv.349) for strekningen kryss Fv. 116 – avkjøring til Strømnesåsen. Prosjektet er i henhold til vedtatte reguleringsplaner. Det er inngått avtaler med berørte grunneiere.
