1. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zpracování všech následujících stupňů projektové dokumentace a provedení souvisejících inženýrských činností vč. autorského dozoru při realizaci předmětného stavebního záměru. Podkladem pro realizaci předmětu plnění je dokumentace ve stupni pro stavební povolení (dále jen DSP), zpracovaná projektantem PROJECT building s.r.o. v 10/2023 vč. pravomocného stavebního povolení, která tvoří přílohu č. 1 této zadávací dokumentace. Předmětem stavebního záměru je komplexní rekonstrukce a modernizace hlavního výškového objektu U2 v rozsahu 2.PP – 5.NP, zahrnující stavební a dispoziční úpravy objektu ve vazbě na konkrétní potřeby Fakulty managementu a ekonomiky Univerzity Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně, výměnu veškerého technologického zařízení budovy a dodávku nového interiérového a ostatního vybavení. Celkové budoucí investiční náklady stavebního záměru jsou kalkulovány na 180 mil. Kč bez DPH.
