Under Fas 1 drivs och leds detaljprojekteringen av Beställarens utsedde Generalkonsult (WSP Sverige AB). Entreprenören ska bidra till att följande handlingar tas fram i Fas 1: • Ta del av, bidra till och granska fackmässiga byggbarhetslösningar ur ett teknisk och ekonomiskt perspektiv i färdiga handlingar • Ta del av, bidra till och granska funktionsbeskrivningar • Ta del av, bidra till och granska reviderade administrativa föreskrifter Fas 2 är en produktionsfas med AB 04, samt insprängd totalentreprenad avseende fastighetsautomation med ABT 06, som kontraktsvillkor. Entreprenören övergår till att vara Generalentreprenör med ansvar för att samordna eget arbete med underentreprenörer, eventuella sidoentreprenörer och Beställaren under utförandeentreprenaden. Under Fas 2 ansvarar Entreprenören för att ta fram bygghandling för fastighetsautomation i samverkan med Beställaren och Generalkonsulten.
