Maintenance of cleanliness and order, and of communal infrastructure in Dąbrowa Górnicza

DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER. I. The Contractor is obliged to provide the following services to the Contracting Authority within the scope of the order: 1. Maintenance of communal infrastructure elements in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section I of the draft contract. Note: An example scope of work is Annex No. 12 to the terms of reference, which is a summary of works carried out in 2025. 2. Elimination of illegal dumps in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section II of the draft contract. Note: The number of illegal dumps removed in 2022-2025, broken down by fraction, is specified in Chapter II, point 2 of the SWZ. 3. Maintaining cleanliness of pedestrian paths, stairs, alleys, cycle paths, squares, and car parks in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section III of the draft contract. 4. Maintaining cleanliness of bus, tram, and integrated stops in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section IV of the draft contract. 5. Maintenance of bins in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section V of the draft contract. 6. Maintaining cleanliness of underpasses in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section V of the draft contract. 7. Collection, transport, and disposal of animal carcasses or parts thereof from the area of Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section VII of the draft contract. 8. Removal of municipal waste along the shorelines of the reservoirs "Pogoria I", "Pogoria II", "Pogoria III", and "Pogoria IV" located in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section VIII of the draft contract. 9. Maintaining cleanliness of notice boards and pillars in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section IX of the draft contract. 10. Maintaining cleanliness and technical supervision of playgrounds, outdoor gyms, sports fields, animal playgrounds, and their elements in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section X of the draft contract. Note: All estimated data regarding the area to be maintained, list of equipment, type and quantity of substrates are provided in Annex No. 11 to the terms of reference. 11. Monitoring and tidying of the promenade and areas adjacent to the Main Beach at the "Pogoria III" reservoir in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The detailed scope of work covered by the subject of the order is included in paragraph 3, section XI of the draft contract. Note: The area of the promenade to be kept clean is 4000 square meters. From September 1st to April 30th each year during the contract period, sweeping the promenade will not be the contractor's responsibility under this task. II. Other requirements regarding the subject of the order, including the indication of previously assumed quantities and frequencies, are specified in Chapter II of the SWZ, paragraph 2, sections II-IV of the draft contract.
