Przedmiotem zamówienia jest letnie i zimowe utrzymanie ulic, chodników, ścieżek rowerowych, schodów, przejść podziemnych, zatok parkingowych i parkingów na terenie Dzielnicy Ursynów m.st. Warszawy w latach 2026-2028 - kompleks A. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają: - szczegółowy opis oraz standardy techniczne wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 1a do SWZ; - projektowane postanowienia umowy stanowiące załącznik nr 7a do SWZ; - formularz cenowy stanowiący załącznik nr 2a do SWZ; - wykazy lokalizacji przewidzianych do utrzymania letniego i zimowego. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówienia polegającego na powtórzeniu podobnych usług, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych, o łącznej wartości do 1 696 906,99 zł netto.
