Maintenance of selected green areas in the city of Opole

The subject of the order are services including the maintenance of selected green areas in the city of Opole, carried out on the basis of written partial orders issued by the Ordering Party. As part of the maintenance of selected green areas, the Contractor is obliged to perform works including, in particular: 1. Mowing lawns on flat areas and slopes with collection of clippings (by raking or collection bin) and removal of grass; 2. Spring manual and autumn raking of lawns with removal of collected organic matter; 3. Seeding lawns with soil preparation and fertilization – the Ordering Party provides the seed material, the Contractor provides the fertilizer, the Contractor provides the soil; 4. Watering lawns, including newly established ones, at a rate of at least 20 l/m² - the Contractor provides water; 5. Weeding the dry riverbed area, perennial beds, shrubberies, ornamental grasses and rose beds with soil loosening, edge trimming and removal of organic matter, as well as collection and removal of municipal waste; 6. Care of perennial beds, shrubberies, ornamental grasses and rose beds (cutting plants and spent inflorescences with removal of collected organic matter, protection using plant protection products in accordance with applicable regulations, mineral fertilization of plants with a multi-component preparation at a rate of 0.2 kg/m² - the Contractor provides fertilizer, winter protection of plants, etc.); 7. Watering perennial beds, shrubberies, ornamental grasses and rose beds at a rate of 20 l/m² - the Contractor provides water; 8. Weeding shrub clusters with edge trimming and removal of collected organic matter, as well as collection and removal of municipal waste; 9. Weeding hedges with removal of self-sown plants, cleaning of edges and removal of collected organic matter, as well as collection and removal of municipal waste; 10. Pruning shrubs for maintenance (rejuvenation, thinning, shaping, removal of deadwood, etc.) with removal of collected organic matter; 11. Cutting hedges with removal of collected organic matter; 12. Watering shrubs at a rate of 20 l/m² - the Contractor provides water; 13. Supplementing and spreading bark in beds, shrub clusters and hedges - layer of approx. 5 cm – the Contractor provides the material.
