Maintenance of greenery in municipal parks, squares, green spaces, and national memory sites in 2026-2029

1. The subject of the order is the maintenance of greenery in municipal parks, squares, green spaces, and national memory sites in the years 2026 – 2029. A) As part of the ongoing year-round greenery maintenance in parks and squares, gardening and cleaning work will be carried out simultaneously on all park and square objects and areas around National Memory Sites, totaling 39 objects according to the attached lists of areas. During the calendar year, this will include work such as: • daily cleaning work on an area of 54.431 ha, • mowing of park lawns on an area of 40.1 ha, • mowing of carpet lawns on an area of 5.39 ha, • spring and autumn raking of lawns from leaves and debris, • maintenance pruning of trees and shrubs, hedges, weeding, fertilizing, • supplementary planting of trees and shrubs, • repair, maintenance, and upkeep of paths, park benches, and trash bins, • planting of seasonal annual flowers in flowerbeds, • weeding of perennials, • replacement of sand in sandboxes and sandpits, replenishment of "safe" surfaces in playgrounds, • winter snow removal and sanding of park paths with an area of 280 ares, • other gardening work specified in detail in the (blind) tender cost estimate, which will be carried out as needed and within the budget allocated for park greenery maintenance. B) Work should be carried out in accordance with horticultural best practices and the technology of performing individual tasks in parks and squares. 2. The description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ, which is Annex No. 3 to the agreement. 3. The expected scope of work is specified in the Price Form, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ/Annex No. 1 to the agreement. 4. The list of parks and squares in the Praga-Południe District, constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ/Annex No. 2.a to the agreement. 5. The list of areas around National Memory Sites, constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ/Annex No. 2b. to the agreement. 6. Technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of current park and square maintenance work, constituting Annex No. 14 to the SWZ/Annex No. 3 to the agreement. 7. Technical conditions for the execution and acceptance of lawn fencing, constituting Annex No. 15 to the SWZ/Annex No. 4 to the agreement. 8. Annex No. 16 Standard for greenery protection in investment processes in the capital city of Warsaw. Annex to Ordinance No. 1911/2022 of the Mayor of the capital city of Warsaw of 30.12.2022. /Annex No. 5 to the agreement. 9. Option right – additional scope of services. The contracting authority foresees the possibility of exercising the option right, which consists of commissioning an additional scope of services covered by this order, of a type identical to the basic scope specified in the price offer form, which is Annex No. 1. The option right includes the possibility of: a) increasing the number of measurement units for all or selected activities indicated in the price offer form, in case of greater needs of the contracting authority than originally assumed, b) extending the order execution period, but not longer than until July 31, 2029, to perform additional gardening work covering all or selected activities indicated in the price offer form, in case of weather conditions that allow for the execution of these works. The contracting authority is not obliged to exercise the option right, and the contractor is not entitled to a claim for commissioning works covered by the option. The total value of works performed under the option right will not exceed 50% of the total gross remuneration provided for the basic order. The value of works covered by the option will be determined based on the unit prices indicated in the price offer form. The rules for commissioning, acceptance, settlement, and liability for non-performance or improper performance of works performed under the option right are identical to the rules applicable to the basic scope of the order.
