Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowalne polegające na rozbudowie, przebudowie i nadbudowie istniejącego budynku GOK. . Zakres robót obejmuje w szczególności: Rozbudowę, przebudowę i nadbudowę istniejącego budynku użyteczności publicznej wraz z budowa altany rekreacyjnej w ramach zadania „Utworzenie Centrum Kultury Miejscowości Milanów” wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu - przebudowa i nadbudowa istniejącego budynku GOK włącznie z wymianą instalacji, robotami demontażowymi, robotami wykończeniowymi wszystkich pomieszczeń (m.in.: podłogi, posadzki, ściany, sufity, klatki schodowe, toalety, drzwi, szatnia), utworzeniem sali konferencyjno- multimedialnej. Dobudowane, wykończone pomieszczenie, które będą użytkowane przez GOK, OSP i Gminną Bibliotekę Publiczną. Utworzona zostanie również sala fitness z siłownią i sala gier dla dzieci i młodzieży. W ramach rozbudowy wykonana zostanie również scena zewnętrzna przy budynku GOK, zagospodarowanie terenu wokół GOK – między innymi: utwardzenie i wyłożenie kostką i płytami terenu wokół GOK, budowa altany ze sceną i grillem, ławeczek, skrzynek energetycznych, toalet, oświetlenia sceny widowiskowej, ogrodzenia, tablic informacyjno-wystawowych, fontanny, oświetlenia placu, malowanie elewacji, nasadzeniami roślin, itp.
