Next-generation sequencing device (NGS). The subject of the procurement is a next-generation sequencing device (NGS) AVITI24 supporting multi-omics, device-related consumables, and a maintenance contract. The device is intended for targeted sequencing, exome sequencing, whole-genome sequencing, transcriptome sequencing, and multi-omics-demanding cell profiling of human-derived sample materials. The device will specifically generate information that supports cancer diagnostics and guides cancer treatment. AVITI24 is currently the only device on the market that can meet the technical and cost requirements set for the device to be procured. The specific requirements for the device are as follows: The device can sequence gene libraries prepared with reagents from various manufacturers using fresh and FFPE samples. Sequencing capacity of at least 1 B bases/40Gb-480Gb in a single run, sequencing length of at least 2*150bp, possibility to multiplex from tens to hundreds of samples in a single run, sequencing kits of different sizes must be available (75bp, 150bp, 300bp), the device must be easy to use and highly automated (pre-packaged reagent kits), the device must have two separate sequencing units where one run can be started while another run is in progress, the device must produce at least > 90% Q30 quality sequence data in a 2x150bp run, it is possible to achieve 70% Q50 and 90% Q40 quality criteria with special reagents, the device can prepare a hybridization-based sequencing library within the device, the device can perform multi-omics directly from cells and tissues (RNA, proteins, and cell morphology). The device produces sequence data at the lowest cost on the market.
