Property and liability insurance services

In this procedure, the Contracting Authority shall purchase coverage for property and liability insurance services for the following property value. Insurance value: 22,451,028,810 Ft Insurance duration: Fixed 3 years. Start of risk coverage for the opening portfolio (effective date): 00:00 on 2026.01.01, but no earlier than 00:00 on the day following the termination of the predecessor contract for the respective Contractor/Insured, or 00:00 on the day following the signature of the later signing Party among the contracting Parties. End of risk coverage: 24:00 on the last day of the 36 months following the effective date. Insurance anniversary: The same day of each full year calculated from the effective date (start of risk coverage). The Contractor/Insured shall be compensated up to the full sum insured for the respective insured item (all-risks property, ELBER, MACHINERY BREAKDOWN and transit insurance) for all elements of property insurance + the amount of compensation for modules associated with the insurance event (e.g., incidental costs, precautionary measures, etc.), but within this, a compensation limit of a maximum of 2 billion Ft/claim/year shall be set. Sub-limits deviating from this are included in the technical specifications. The requested coverage for the property items to be insured is: all-risks type coverage, except for those property groups where it is narrowed down by the technical specifications (e.g., superstructures of own and/or third-party vehicles (with or without license plates), construction machinery, etc.).
