Procurement of work and day activities for persons with disabilities

The subject of the procurement is work and day activities services for persons with disabilities. A more detailed specification of the subject of the contract is available in the tender documents and service description. This is a procurement under Annex E of the Procurement Act (Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts 1397/2016). The procurement will be carried out as a dynamic purchasing system, which means a procedure designed by the Client itself, in accordance with the principles of the Procurement Act, for procuring the services that are the subject of the procurement (described in more detail in the document "Procurement Procedure Description". The procurement is divided into sub-areas as follows: PRODUCT 1 Work activities (described in more detail in the document "Service Description") Sub-area 1: Work activities PL 1 Sub-area 2: Work activities PL 2 Sub-area 3: Work activities PL 3 Sub-area 4: Work activities PL 4 Sub-area 5: Work activities PL 5 PRODUCT 2 Day activities (described in more detail in the document "Service Description") Sub-area 6: Day activities PL 1 Sub-area 7: Day activities PL 2 Sub-area 8: Day activities PL 3 Sub-area 9: Day activities PL 4 Sub-area 10: Day activities PL 5 The tenderer may submit an offer for one or more sub-areas. Vantaa and Kerava Wellbeing Services County also produces services corresponding to the subject of the procurement through its own operations. The procurement will supplement own production. The client does not commit to specific order or procurement volumes, as the need for the subject of the procurement is not known in advance. The procurement concerns work and day activities, which are carried out in a separate work or day activity environment. The client may also arrange the service through other production methods, such as activities carried out in the client's housing unit, remote group activities, or outreach activities. The client reserves the right to produce/procure the service through other production methods as well. Services and ordering of services are described in more detail in the "Service Description" appendices.
