WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the Vanuatu Health National Adaptation Plan (HNAP) Implementation Support.
The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical and implementation support to advance climate-resilient health systems in Vanuatu through operationalization and implementation of the Health National Adaptation Plan (HNAP).The contracted institution will support the Ministry of Health (MoH) Vanuatu and WHO in implementing priority activities under the Pacific Climate and Health Resilience Package (PCHRP) Activity 3 (funded by the Australian CDC), including Vanuatu HNAP mainstreaming review, HNAP implementation stocktake, climate and health risk assessments, climate finance enablement, and other prioritized technical activities agreed with Vanuatu MoH.
The Pacific Climate and Health Resilience Package (PCHRP), funded by the Australian Government under the Partnerships for a Healthy Region Initiative (PHRI), supports Pacific Island Countries to build climate-resilient and equitable health systems.
