VAV Viertolankuja 4 / construction of a new rental building / KVR contract This is a KVR (design and build) contract to be implemented in the Viertola district of the City of Vantaa, which includes the design and construction of a privately financed rental apartment building and a parking building for the use of a to-be-established parking company. The buildings to be constructed are located on a part to be separated from the plot at Viertolankuja 4, 01300 Vantaa (property ID: 92-63-105-2). The residential building is a three-section, 4-5-6 story apartment building with 111 apartments. The parking building is 2-story, with an underground level and a parking deck slightly above ground level. The parking building will have 54 parking spaces. The building right for the residential building is 6993 m² and the target usable area is at least 5647.5 m². The residential building will have access to a cold storage area in the yard on its own plot. A transformer station for Vantaa Energy and the plots' waste collection points will be located along Viertolankuja. VAV Yhtymä Oy manages the entire parking company during the contract period. In principle, and under terms to be agreed upon in more detail in the contract, VAV Yhtymä Oy may commit to being responsible for the obligations under the contract in proportion to its ownership shares, if the contractor does not receive payment directly from the contracting authority for receivables under the contract. The residential building will be constructed in accordance with the criteria of the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. The criteria are attached to the procurement notice. The parking building will not be constructed according to the Swan Ecolabel.
