Aufgrund des hohen Grundwasserspiegels und beengter Platzverhältnisse auf dem innerstädtischen Baufeld umfasst die Maßnahme dieBaugrubensicherung mittels Spundwand und Düsenstrahlinjektions-Unterfangung der Bestandsgebäude, temporäre Rückverankerung sowie eine geschlossene Grundwasserabsenkung mittels gebohrter Brunnen. Der Aushub erfolgt im Grundwasser in quartärem Kiesuntergrund (kf ≈ 7×10⁻³ m/s). Das anfallende Förderwasser wird in den ca. 220 m entfernten Mühlbach eingeleitet.Wesentliche Hauptmassen:• Spundwand, Länge bis ca. 11 m: ca. 860 m² (einschl.
