Original language: GermanDie HafenCity Hamburg GmbH plant die Realisierung eines Bürogebäudes in Holzskelettbauweise am Standort "Am Dalmannkai" als Null-Emissionsbürogebäude mit einer Bruttogrundfläche von insgesamt ca. 8.600 m². Das Null-Emissionsbürogebäude soll in der Gesamtbilanz aus Errichtung, Betrieb und Rückbau, CO2-neutral werden. Das innovative Gesamtkonzept dient als überregionales Leuchtturmprojekt, das die Machbarkeit eines klimaneutralen Bürogebäudes mit zeitgemäßem Komfort und Flexibilität nachweist und strebt die Zertifizierung des HafenCity Umweltzeichens Platin Plus an. Der Baustoff Holz wird sowohl konstruktiv als auch gestalterisch eingesetzt. Eine großflächige Fassaden- und Dachbegrünung leistet einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Mikroklima und bietet eine hohe Qualität für den städtischen Raum. Bei der vorliegenden Ausschreibung handelt es sich um Bauleistungen für das Gewerk Raumlufttechnische Anlagen. Den Ausschreibungsunterlagen kann das Leistungsverzeichnis nebst Anlagen entnommen werden. In dem Leistungsverzeichnis sind Optionale Leistungen enthalten und als diese gekennzeichnet. Ebenso sind die Wartungsarbeiten eine optionale Leistung. Hier behält sich der Auftraggeber vor, die Leistungen zu beauftragen oder nicht.
