Original language: GermanDas Bestandsbauwerk Funktionsgebäude wird komplett in die neue Anlage integriert und muss teilweise in seiner Struktur an die aktuellen Anforderungen angepasst werden. Um weitere zusätzliche Flächen für die Aufstellung und Anordnung notwendiger Komponenten zu erhalten, muss vor dem bestehenden Gebäude ein Neubau errichtet werden. Gegenstand der Leistung sind sämtliche Rohbauarbeiten einschließlich aller hierfür erforderlichen Nebenleistungen, Planungsleistungen und Koordinationsleistungen, die zur vollständigen Herstellung des Rohbaus erforderlich sind.
