Original language: GermanDas Tanzhaus, Reichsstraße 34 in 86609 Donauwörth, liegt inmitten des Zentrums der Stadt Donauwörth. Bei dem Gebäude handelt sich um ein für multifunktionale Nutzungen konzipiertes Stadthaus. Dieses wurde 1975 im Stil des historischen Erscheinungsbildes des im Zweiten Weltkrieg zerstörten Vorgängerbaus errichtet und jüngst in die Liste der Baudenkmäler aufgenommen. Seit 2016 steht das Tanzhaus leer und wird nicht mehr genutzt. Der Rückbau nichttragender Bauteile ist abgeschlossen. Im weiteren folgen die Baumeisterarbeiten: - ca. 645 m3 Ortbeton - ca. 90 t Bewehrungsstahl - ca. 6,5 t Stahlträger - ca. 460 m3 Abbruch Stahlbeton - ca. 680 m2 Mauerwerk - ca. 750 m2 Carbonbeton Deckenverstärkungen - ca. 70 m CFK-Lamellen - ca. 340 m2 Instandsetzung Stahlbeton - ca. 1840 m3 Boden lösen + entsorgen - ca. 1160 m3 Hinterfüllung Liefermaterial - ca. 320 m Dränleitungen - ca. 475 m2 Innenabdichtung Mineral. Dichtschlämme - ca. 750 m2 Innendämmung Schaumglas - ca. 680 m2 Pflasterdecke
