Předmětem veřejné zakázky je realizace několika svislých vrtů v horninovém prostředí o parametrech ukládacích vrtů v hlubinném úložišti (dále jen „HÚ“) jako průkaz technické proveditelnosti preferovaného ukládacího konceptu vyhořelého jaderného paliva (dále jen „VJP“) v ČR. Předmětem plnění je dále získat prostor a podmínky pro realizaci „full-scale“ experimentů k ověření projektových předpokladů konceptu hlubinného úložiště. Základními výstupy zakázky budou zhotovené vrty, které budou sloužit pro další výzkumné činnosti SÚRAO na PVP Bukov. K zrealizovaným vrtům bude předána technická dokumentace z vlastní realizace a ověření projektových požadavků na jejich realizaci. S ohledem na výsledek předběžné tržní konzultace, kdy bude pro potřeby realizace experimentu nutné vyrobit speciální vrtný stroj, s jehož využitím je počítáno v rámci charakterizačních prací na finální lokalitě, bude ke stroji předána kompletní provozně technická dokumentace a systém pravidelné údržby, kontrol a revizí. Zadavatel požaduje zajištění pravidelné údržby, kontrol a revizí minimálně do roku 2035. Zadavatel stanovuje minimální rozsah pravidelné údržby, kontrol a revizí v souladu s provozně technickou dokumentací výrobce daného stroje. Bližší specifikace viz ZD.
