De werkzaamheden voor perceel 1 tot en met 4 bestaan grofweg uit reinigings- en inspectiewerkzaamheden en kleine civieltechnische werkzaamheden gericht op riolering. De meest voorkomende werkzaamheden zijn (niet limitatief): • Reinigen en/of verwijderen van obstakels in gemeentelijke huis- en kolkaansluitingen; • Herstel van gebreken of breuken aan huis- en kolkaansluitingen; • Herstel van gebreken of breuken aan het hoofdriool van buitenaf; • Aanleggen van huisaansluitingen van PVC conform standaarddetails, onder meer voor incidentele nieuwbouw; • Nieuw plaatsen, vervangen en/of repareren van (defecte) kolken, lijngoten en vergelijkbare voorzieningen; • Uitvoeren van een 24/7 storingsdienst voor spoedopdrachten, waaronder reiniging en ontstopping van huis- en kolkaansluitingen; • Verlenen van assistentie bij het oplossen van riool- en wateroverlastproblemen in de openbare ruimte, bij bewoners en bij bedrijven; • Incidentele reiniging van hoofd-, mini- en drukgemalen.
