Für die NLStBV soll eine Vereinbarung zur Lieferung von Warnschutzkleidung (Warnschutzanzüge, Multifunktionsanzug sowie Kurzarm-Poloshirts und Langarm-Shirts) für die rund 1.550 Beschäftigten im Straßenbetriebs- und Straßenunterhaltungsdienst sowie ca. 100 Beschäftigten im Innendienst auf Leasingbasis vergeben werden. Im Auftrag sind die Waschungen (einschließlich Abholen und Bringen der Bekleidung zu den jeweiligen Standorten), das Reparieren, die Überprüfung der Warnschutzwirkung nach EN ISO 20471 sowie gegebenenfalls der Austausch des jeweiligen Kleidungsstückes enthalten. Die Warnschutzbekleidung nach EN ISO 20471 muss soweit vom Bieter angeboten und von der Vergabestelle bezuschlagt auch in weiblicher Passform zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Für die derzeit ca. 50 weiblichen Beschäftigten kann auch eine separate Ausstattungslinie angeboten werden. Weiterhin umfasst der Auftrag die Reinigung und Reparatur der sich im Eigentum der NLStBV befindlichen Schutzbekleidung (verschiedenste Schutzbekleidungsteile unterschiedlicher Hersteller aus unterschiedlichen Materialien). Hierfür gibt es keine regelmäßigen Waschzyklen. Eine Bewertung des Zustands soll aber auch hier erfolgen. Diese Bekleidungsteile verbleiben aber auch zukünftig im Eigentum der NLStBV.
