Leistungsgegenstand ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Ausführung von förmlichen Zustellungsaufträgen gemäß §§ 166 ff. Zivilprozessordnung (ZPO) für die Dienststellen der Justiz des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt innerhalb des Hoheitsgebiets der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Leistungsinhalt umfasst die jeweils werktägliche (außer samstags) Abholung, Frankierung, Erfassung, Beförderung, bundesweite Zustellung, Beurkundung und Rückleitung von Zustellungsurkunden. Die ordnungsgemäße Abholung umfasst zusätzlich die Bereitstellung von wetterfesten Transportbehältern und Transportwagen.
