Eigentümerin des Stromversorgungsnetzes der allgemeinen Versorgung und derzeitige Inhaberin der Wegenutzungsrechte nach § 46 Abs. 2 Energiewirtschaftsgesetz (EnWG) im Stadtgebiet Lörrach ohne den Ortsteil Hauingen ist die naturenergie netze GmbH. Der zwischen der Stadt Lörrach und und der naturenergie netze GmbH bestehende Wegenutzungsvertrag nach § 46 Abs. 2 EnWG endete am 31.12.2018. Nunmehr vergibt die Stadt Lörrach mit diesem Verfahren einen neuen Wegenutzungsvertrag nach § 46 Abs. 2 EnWG für das Stromversorgungsnetz der allgemeinen Versorgung im Stadtgebiet Lörrach ohne den Ortsteil Hauingen. Damit verbunden ist die Aufgabe, ein entsprechendes Versorgungsnetz zu betreiben. Der zu schließende Wegenutzungsvertrag sieht eine Höchstlaufzeit von 20 Jahren vor.
