Pflege von nicht textilen/textilen Fußbodenbelägen, sanitären u. haustechnischen Anlagen sowie Gegenständen der Raumausstattung und Raumeinrichtung; Sonderreinigung nach Anforderung hierzu. Herzustellen ist sauberes Reinigungsergebnis nach dem Vertrag, dabei sind die in den Vergabeunterlagen als Mindestmenge vorgegebenen Reinigungsstunden zu erbringen; ggf. Vergrößerung oder Verkleinerung o. a. Änderung des Auftrages. Vergütet werden lediglich erbrachte Reinigungsstunden. Umfang ca. 19.324,13 qm Unterhaltsreinigung und 18.800 Mindestjahresreinigungsstunden Unterhaltsreinigung Los 1, 5.906,20 qm Glasreinigung Los 2.
