Award of timber harvesting services 2026-2027 in Stavenhagen Forest Office

The Stavenhagen Forest Office intends to conclude a framework agreement with a contractor per lot for the provision of mechanized and motor-manual timber harvesting services for the period from award of contract until 30.09.2027. The work will take place exclusively in the forest of the State Forest Enterprise M-V. Grounds for exclusion according to §§ 123 and 124 GWB Cross-border legal regulations Details on the procedure type Procedure type The contracting authority requests for each tendered timber harvesting technology two references from the last two years totaling 500 fm. Of this, one reference per technology must have a scope of at least 300 fm. If a bidder uses suitability lending (§ 47 VgV), they must submit the corresponding declaration of commitment from the company whose suitability they are using, together with the offer, for this part of the suitability according to § 47 VgV para. 1. All the aforementioned self-declarations and, upon request of the contracting authority, also the corresponding evidence to prove the self-declarations of the company, are to be submitted with the offer for the part whose suitability is being used. This also applies to all members of a bidding consortium (§ 47 VgV para. 4). The contracting authority reserves the right to have the self-declarations proven by corresponding evidence (§§ 45 and 48 VgV). Suitability proofs that have been proven by pre-qualification procedures or are submitted in the Uniform European Declaration of Suitability (EEE) according to § 50 VgV will be accepted by the contracting authority, provided that their content and up-to-dateness fully meet the requirements and this is evident without further research. Should the certification/EEE not cover all the suitability proofs required by the contracting authority, the missing proofs/declarations must be attached to the offer separately. The contracting authority may ask the bidder at any time to submit the corresponding documents to confirm the information. Other economic or financial requirements The bidder/bidding consortium must submit the following self-declarations: - that he/she has complied and will continue to comply with the obligations to pay taxes, duties, and insurance contributions to statutory social security, - that the company is neither in insolvency nor liquidation or that a corresponding procedure has been discontinued due to lack of assets, - that there is no legally binding conviction in the cases listed in § 123 (1) GWB, - that the company has not been fined for a violation of § 21 Minimum Wage Act with a fine of at least EUR 2,500 and therefore the conditions for exclusion from awarding the contract according to § 19 (1) and (3) MiLoG are not met, - that neither the company nor employees of the company have been punished in connection with the activity for the company according to § 21 SchwarzArbG for illegal employment of workers with imprisonment of more than three months or a fine of more than 90 daily rates or a fine of at least EUR 2,500 or according to § 6 AEntG with a fine of at least EUR 2,500, - that no criminal or administrative offense proceedings for violation of the aforementioned laws are pending against me/us, - that there is professional or business liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 3,000,000 for personal injury and EUR 1,000,000 for property damage.
