Original language: GermanGegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Vergabe der Planungsleistungen für die Sanierung und den Umbau des denkmalgeschützten Kulturzentrums Frankentalstraße 3 in Stolberg. Der Auftragnehmer wird beauftragt, die Grundleistungen der Bauphysik (Wärmeschutz, Bauakustik und Raumakustik) gemäß Anlage 1, HOAI 2021 (Leistungsphasen 1 bis 7) sowie die vereinbarten besonderen Leistungen (z.B. Stichprobenhaften Kontrollen in der LPH 8) zu erbringen im Zusammenhang mit Sanierung zu erbringen. Ziel ist eine integrierte Leistung der Fachdisziplin in die Gesamtplanung zur erfolgreichen Wiederherstellung, Modernisierung und zukunftsfähigen Neuordnung des Gebäudekomplexes sowie Maßnahmen des Hochwasserschutzes.
