Original language: GermanGegenstand dieser Vergabe sind Verkehrsdienstleistungen im Schienenpersonennahverkehr (SPNV) im Zuständigkeitsbereich der SPNV-Aufgabenträger auf der Basis eines Bruttoverkehrsvertrages für die ‚Rhein-Erft-Bahn‘ (RB 27) für einen Zeitraum ab dem internationalen Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2028, voraussichtlich am 10.12.2028. Der Verkehrsvertrag hat eine Grundlaufzeit von 6 Jahren, beginnend vom 10.12.2028 bis zum 09.12.2034. Zudem haben die SPNV-Aufgabenträger das Recht, zwei Verlängerungsoptionen für jeweils ein Jahr bis zum internationalen Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2035, voraussichtlich am 08.12.2035 bzw. zum internationalen Fahrplanwechsel im Dezember 2036, voraussichtlich am 13.12.2036, einseitig auszuüben. Für die Erbringung der Verkehrsdienstleistung sind elektrische Neu- und/oder Gebrauchtfahrzeuge einzusetzen. Die ‚Rhein-Erft-Bahn‘ (RB 27) hat folgenden Streckenverlauf: Mönchengladbach Hbf – Rommerskirchen – Köln Hbf – Troisdorf – Bonn-Beuel – Linz (Rhein) – Neuwied – Koblenz Hbf. Das Leistungsvolumen beträgt ca. 2,5 Mio. Zkm pro Normjahr.
