Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Prüfung und Freigabe von Kostenvoranschlägen (KVA) sowie der Abgleich der Proformarechnung mit dem KVA von Fachbetrieben für Service-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen nach den durch den Auftraggeber definierten Prüfungskriterien. Dabei teilt sich die Prüfung von KVA in zwei unterschiedliche Arten von Prüfungen auf: - Die automatisierte Grundprüfung wird bei jedem KVA ausschließlich systemisch durchgeführt. - Die manuelle Tiefenprüfung findet aufbauend auf der automatisierten Grundprüfung für bestimmte Fahrzeuge statt. Für die Prüfung von KVA und der Abgleich der Proformarechnungen sowie deren Freigabe stellt der Auftragnehmer ein Webportal in seinem System als digitalen Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung, über den Fachbetriebe ihre KVA, sonstige Unterlagen und Proformarechnungen hochladen und ihre Konditionen verwalten können. Gleichzeitig kann der Auftraggeber in diesem Webportal die von ihm notwendigen Prüfungen, Abgleiche und Freigaben durchführen.
