Je draagt in deze functie zorg voor de uitvoering van de Algemene Plaatselijke Verordening (APV) en je adviseert hierover. Hieronder valt het verlenen van vergunningen en het afhandelen van meldingen voor evenementen, vergunningen voor het kappen van bomen, inritvergunningen, het verlenen van ontheffingen en vergunningen in het kader van de Alcoholwet, de Wet op de kansspelen en andere bijzondere wetten. Je beoordeelt op het specifieke vakgebied o.a. complexe (vergunnings-)aanvragen, meldingen, ontheffingen en onderzoeken. Je voert overleg, informeert en adviseert intern en extern over producten, procedures en maatregelen. Je behandelt bezwaar en beroep in bestuursrecht. Je levert een bijdrage aan het opstellen van plannen, beleidsregels en verordeningen. We hebben te maken met achterstanden dus in samenspraak met de directe collega's wordt een werkverdeling voor de korte termijn gemaakt waarbij het kan zijn dat de focus op enkele specifieke taken ligt.
