Gemeente den Helder heeft ambitieuze plannen om de stad nog aantrekkelijker te maken. Als vergunningverlener omgevingswet heb je een belangrijke rol bij deze plannen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de toetsing en de complete afhandeling van aanvragen met daarbij behorende randzaken. Je toetst niet alleen aan wet- en regelgeving, maar je voert de volledige regie op het gebied van de Wabo aanvragen. Vanaf de start van het in behandeling nemen van een aanvraag ben je in staat om advies te raadplegen van collega?s van verschillende teams, de Gemeentelijke Adviescommissie Omgevingskwaliteit, de Omgevingsdienst, Hoogheemraadschap en andere externe partijen om een weloverwogen besluit te maken. Verder: ? Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor aanvragers, collega?s en externe partijen; ? Wijs je vergunningen toe als dat kan, maar wijs je aanvragen ook af wanneer plannen niet binnen de wet- en regelgeving passen; ? Adviseer je over de te volgen procedure, over de kritieke punten met betrekking tot het initiatief en of er andere vergunningen en ontheffingen nodig zijn; ? Voer je regie op de werkvoorraad; ? Stuur je op het werkproces en bewaak je de termijnen. Na gunning dient de gegunde partij een VOG van de kandidaat te overleggen. Indien u inschrijft als zelfstandig dient u te allen tijde een aansprakelijkheidsverzekering te kunnen overleggen. Indien blijkt dat na gunning aan voorgaande niet kan worden voldaan betekent dat de gunning automatisch komt te vervallen
