De afdeling Vergunningverlening, Toezicht en Handhaving (VTH) van de sector Stadsontwikkeling houdt zich bezig met de toetsing van aanvragen om omgevingsvergunning, het verlenen van omgevingsvergunningen en het houden van toezicht op de naleving van bouwvoorschriften. Daarnaast is de afdeling belast met de vergunningverlening en handhaving van de milieuwet- en regelgeving en vervult zij het opdrachtgeverschap van de Omgevingsdienst Brabant Noord. Belangrijk bij de uitvoering van deze taak is een ?meedenkende? houding. Dit betekent dat niet alleen wordt gekeken wat wel of niet kan, maar dat ook adviezen worden gegeven voor mogelijke oplossingen.In nauwe samenwerking met onder meer specialisten van andere afdelingen, de Omgevingsdienst en de Veiligheidsregio draag je bij aan het beheer en ontwikkeling van de fysieke leefomgeving in onze gemeente.Taken:Het behandelen en toetsen van aanvragen aan het omgevingsplan Het toetsen van bouwplannen aan het Bbl, op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, bruikbaarheid en energiezuinigheid en de daarbij behorende NEN-normen. Het vastleggen van de resultaten van de uitgevoerde toets per bouwplan en in dat kader het opstellen van adviezen, brieven en de gemotiveerde beschikking (vergunning of weigering) in het digitale programma CLO. Het voeren van vrijstellingsprocedures.Het gaat om een opdracht voor 36 uur per week. Werktijden en werkdagen worden ingevuld in overleg; minimaal 2 dagen vanuit 's-Hertogenbosch werkzaam0.
