Vascular surgery devices and supplies 2026-2032 DPS HUS is establishing a dynamic purchasing system for devices and supplies used in vascular surgery. The subject of the dynamic purchasing system includes devices, supplies, implants, and related additional services required by the HUS Group and potential joint procurement partners for use in vascular surgery, endovascular procedures, and the treatment of vascular diseases. The dynamic purchasing system covers, among other things, vascular prostheses, vascular patches, vascular catheters, stents, stent grafts, endoprostheses, products related to vascular shunts, products for thrombus removal and vascular recanalization, venous surgery products, and other specialized supplies used in vascular surgery. The system may also include additional services related to the products, such as training, implementation support, consignment warehousing, maintenance, and expert services. The products and services to be procured will be defined in more detail in each internal competition within the dynamic purchasing system. The contracting entity may tender individual products, product packages, clinical applications, or solutions suitable for specific procedures according to the current need. The products covered by the dynamic purchasing system may include new solutions entering the market, products replacing current ones, or innovative products enabling entirely new treatment methods. The contracting entity does not commit to specific procurement volumes or minimum/maximum quantities of products or services to be procured during the validity period of the dynamic purchasing system. Within the dynamic purchasing system, the following may be tendered, for example: • Stent grafts and endoprostheses • Peripheral stents and covered stents • Vascular prostheses • Vascular patches • Vascular catheters and probes • Shunts • Vascular support bands • Venous surgery products • Thrombectomy and atherectomy products • Recanalization and occlusion removal devices • Customized vascular implants • Other specialized vascular surgery supplies HUS aims to procure high-quality supplies and products through a flexible and simple procedure. HUS collaborates with other wellbeing services counties and makes procurements as a procurement ring. In addition to the HUS Group, the South Karelia Wellbeing Services County, the Kymenlaakso Wellbeing Services County, and the Päijät-Häme Wellbeing Services County may participate in the internal procurements within this dynamic purchasing system. The participants of the procurement ring will be announced separately in each internal competition. At the time of publishing the request for participation, HUS estimates that approximately 1-10 competitions will be published annually within the dynamic purchasing system. This number is a preliminary estimate and may change significantly as the need for tendering and product grouping becomes clearer later. At the time of publishing the request for participation, HUS estimates the total value of the dynamic purchasing system for its entire duration (72 months) to be approximately 50 million euros, considering all procurements that may be made within the system. This estimate is preliminary and based on previous purchasing history and existing price agreements. HUS does not commit to any procurement volumes or minimum purchase obligations with this notice. HUS reserves the right to organize tenders for vascular surgery supplies outside this dynamic purchasing system if necessary. The use of an electronic auction in internal competitions is possible. The vascular surgery supplies dynamic purchasing system is valid until September 6, 2032, unless shortened or extended by a separate notice. Participation applications can be submitted to the dynamic purchasing system throughout its duration. It is valid until the date specified in the procurement notice, unless interrupted or modified during the validity of the dynamic purchasing system. Actual procurements will be made through internal competitions within the dynamic purchasing system, which will describe and specify the subject of the procurement. A separate contract will be concluded for each internal competition. The contract period will be defined separately for each case in the internal competition. Suppliers can apply to become a tenderer in the dynamic purchasing system if they meet the eligibility criteria, which are stated in the ESPD form and in the "Criteria for the Subject of Procurement" section.
