Original language: DutchOp basis van een in 2025 uitgevoerde marktverkenning met zes relevante marktpartijen is vastgesteld dat de opdracht om technische redenen uitsluitend door Centric Netherlands B.V. kan worden uitgevoerd. Andere marktpartijen kunnen op dit moment niet voldoen aan de functionele en technische vereisten van de Directie Belastingen van de gemeente Amsterdam. Er is geen redelijk alternatief of substituut voorhanden en het ontbreken van mededinging is niet het gevolg van een kunstmatige beperking van de opdracht. Daarom is toepassing gegeven aan artikel 2.32 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 (onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging). In het kader van vrijwillige transparantie wordt na contractsluiting een aankondiging van de gegunde opdracht gepubliceerd.
