Beschreibung: Der Leistungsumfang umfasst den Betrieb des Vor-Ort-Labors inkl. Organisation des Blutdepots (Transfusionsmedizin) im Kreiskrankenhaus Freiberg (Outsourcing). Gegenstand ist die Sicherstellung der Notfall- und Routineanalytik im Rahmen einer Gerätestellung und Versorgung mit Diagnostika durch einen externen Dienstleister über eine Vertragslaufzeit von 48 Monaten mit dreimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 12 Monate. Darüber hinaus sind die ärztlichen Laborleistungen (Facharztlabor) aus den Kapiteln M III und IV der Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GOÄ), die nicht im Vor-Ort-Labor erbracht werden, zeitgerecht und qualitätsgesichert im Fremdversand zu erbringen. Zusätzlich sind Pathologieversandleistungen sowie die Einrichtung und der Betrieb eines Schnellschnittlabors vor Ort zu gewährleisten.
