ASBL (Association Saint Benoit Labre) possède depuis 2015 son siège sur le site de la Ville au Blanc à Vertou au 3 allée du Cap Horn où elle maîtrise 6,5 ha de foncier, à usage agricole mais aussi classés zone US (grands équipements d'intérêt collectif, services publics, pôles d'équipements intercommunaux ou communaux). Dans un souci de maîtrise de ses coûts et d'efficience de son intervention, ASBL a engagé une mutation destinée à regrouper, autour de son siège, plusieurs dispositifs jusqu'à aujourd'hui dispersés sur plusieurs sites et communes. C'est ainsi qu'elle a confié à Habitat 44 la réalisation de deux programmes de construction sur le site de la Ville au Blanc : - Une Maison-relais (pension de famille) comprenant 24 logements pour 25 places - Une Extension d'un bâtiment existant pour la réalisation de 7 à 10 places de Lits halte soins santé (LHSS) Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire sont décrites dans le règlement de consultation.
