Description

Vervanging databekabeling Spuicomplex Opdrachtgever: Gemeente Den Haag Het Spui Complex waarin het Stadhuis van de gemeente Den Haag is gezeteld is opgeleverd in 1995 en veel van de gebouw gebonden faciliteiten, waaronder de databekabelingsinstallatie, komen uit dat jaar. In 2025 is onderzoek gedaan naar de benodigdheden om de komende jaren te voldoen aan de ICT-doelstellingen van de gemeente. Uit dit onderzoek is gebleken dat de huidige bekabeling (CAT5) technisch sterk verouderd is (NEN2767 conditiescore 5) en niet meer voldoet aan de gemeentelijke norm en dat essentiële onderdelen niet langer leverbaar zijn. Medewerkers ervaren in de kern van het Spui nu al hinder, zoals trage verbindingen en haperende MS Teams-gesprekken. Zonder vervanging komt de bedrijfsvoering op termijn in gevaar. De scope van deze Aanbestedingsprocedure heeft betrekking op de vervanging van de databekabelingsinstallatie in het Spui-complex. De databekabelingsinstallatie bevat circa 4.200 aansluitpunten en 275 kilometer bekabeling. De Opdracht betreft de gerichte vervanging van verouderde databekabeling op kritieke plekken naar Cat.7 datakabels en de optimalisatie van het Wi-Fi netwerk (bekabeling) binnen het Spuicomplex. Omdat deze scope onlosmakelijk verbonden is met het aanpassen van de SER's (Satellite Equipment Room), bekabeling en capaciteit, wordt de opdracht aangevuld met de voornoemde scope en als één geheel in de markt gezet. De scope van de Opdracht bestaat samengevat uit het volgende: - Vervangen van de bestaande Cat.5 Fast-Ethernet bekabeling voor Cat.7 bekabeling; - Vervangen van de connectiviteit (outlets) op de werkplekken; - Aanbrengen van patchpanelen in de MER’s (Main Equipment Room) en SER’s; - Aanbrengen van nummering van de outlets en patchpanelen; - Testen en certificeren op basis van 10Gb over max. 100mtr voor Cat.7; Expliciet buiten de scope van de Opdracht vallen de volgende werkzaamheden: - Vervangen eventuele actieve apparatuur; - Elektrische installatie waaronder stopcontacten; De beschikbare uitvoeringsduur voor de uitvoering van de Opdracht bedraagt ca. 12 maanden, vanaf opdrachtverstrekking tot de uiterste opleverdatum op 31 januari 2028.
