Description

Vervanging Document Management Systeem (DMS) Opdrachtgever: Universiteit van Amsterdam De Universiteit van Amsterdam (UvA) en de Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA) zijn voornemens gezamenlijk een nieuw Document Management Systeem (DMS) aan te schaffen ter vervanging van het huidige DMS. Het doel van de aanbesteding is het contracteren van een toekomstbestendige, veilige en gebruiksvriendelijke DMS-oplossing die de UvA en HvA ondersteunt bij het duurzaam beheren, toegankelijk maken en archiveren van digitale documenten en dossiers. De opdracht omvat onder meer de levering van de DMS-oplossing, implementatie en configuratie, migratie van bestaande documenten, metadata en dossiers, integraties met de bestaande IT-omgeving, opleidingen en kennisoverdracht, beheer, onderhoud, ondersteuning en doorontwikkeling. De aangeboden oplossing dient aan te sluiten op de bestaande informatievoorziening van de UvA en HvA en onder meer ondersteuning te bieden voor document- en dossierbeheer, metadata, workflows, autorisatie, bewaartermijnen, archivering, vernietiging, zoeken, audittrail en integraties met de bestaande Microsoft 365-omgeving. Bij de beoordeling wordt naast de kwaliteit van de aangeboden oplossing en dienstverlening onder meer gekeken naar de implementatie- en migratieaanpak, toekomstbestendigheid, security en compliance en gebruikerservaring, adoptie en zelfredzaamheid. De prijs vormt eveneens onderdeel van de beoordeling. Als onderdeel van de gunningsprocedure worden verplichte demonstraties georganiseerd waarin de inschrijvers de aangeboden oplossing aan de hand van verschillende praktijksituaties demonstreren. De opdracht wordt gegund aan de inschrijver met de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding (BPKV).
