De overeenkomst bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit: - het leveren van masten en armaturen; - het (ver)plaatsen, vervangen, monteren en aansluiten van verlichtingsobjecten, masten en arma-turen; - het coördineren van werkzaamheden aan het gereguleerde netwerk; - het uitvoeren van, preventief en correctief onderhoud, bestaande o.a. uit: - het organiseren en in bedrijf houden van een storingswachtdienst; - uitvoeren van regulier onderhoud; - opheffen van storingen en defecten; - herstellen van schades, veroorzaakt door aanrijdingen of vernielingen; - herstellen van schade als gevolg van ouderdom of slijtage; - opnieuw richten van scheefstaande masten; - rapporteren van de verrichte werkzaamheden; - het aanleveren van schade-informatie bij aanrijding ten behoeve van schadeverhaal; - het aanleveren of verwerken van revisiegegevens.
