Follow-up Soil Investigation CROW400 - Region West (Amsterdam)

The scope for the activities Vattenfall Warmte N.V. is as follows: - Performing historical preliminary investigation in accordance with NEN 5725, based on the indicative preliminary investigations provided by Vattenfall. - Performing exploratory soil investigation in accordance with NEN 5740, if the historical preliminary investigation shows that additional investigation is necessary. - Performing a detailed soil investigation in accordance with NTA 5755, if the exploratory soil investigation shows that additional investigation into the nature, severity, and extent of possible contamination is necessary. - Performing exploratory asbestos investigation in accordance with NEN 5705 and NEN 5897, if the historical preliminary investigation and/or the exploratory soil investigation shows that investigation into the possible presence of asbestos is necessary. - Determining a provisional safety class, based on the available investigation data. - Determining the quality classes of the soil to be removed, in accordance with the applicable standards and analysis results. - Performing verification investigation, if the final safety class, determined by the contractor's safety officer, deviates from the previously determined safety class from the design or investigation phase. - Creating drawings that are part of the reports.
