Procurement of Hazardous Waste Containers

The Gottsegen György National Cardiovascular Institute is initiating a framework agreement for the procurement of hazardous waste containers. The definition of the subject matter of the procurement has been made in consideration of § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.). An equivalent product is defined as one possessing at least the same technical parameters and characteristics as specified by the procuring entity.
