A MÁV Zrt., és a kijelölt leányvállalatai részére vezetői felelősségbiztosítás nyújtása 2 milliárd forint összeghatárig. Beszerzés mennyisége: kártérítési limit 2 000 000 000 Ft/biztosítási esemény/biztosítási időszak. A leányvállalatok részére szublimitek kerülnek meghatározásra: - a MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. valamint a MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt., mint a Szerződő 100%-os tulajdonában álló leányvállalata esetében összesen: 2.000.000.000 Ft, azaz kettőmilliárd forint /biztosítási esemény/biztosítási időszak. b) - A Szerződő által közvetve vagy közvetlenül 100%-ban tulajdonolt, MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt.-n és MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt.-n kívüli leányvállalatok esetében: 300.000.000 Ft, azaz háromszázmillió forint/leányvállalat/biztosítási esemény/biztosítási időszak. Biztosított költség szublimit biztosítási időszakonként: 400.000.000 Ft, azaz négyszázmillió forint/biztosítási esemény, de legfeljebb társaságonként a társasági szublimit 20%-a.
