Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky (dále také jen „VZ“) je poskytování daňového poradenství Všeobecné fakultní nemocnici v Praze (dále také „VFN“). Předmět plnění zahrnuje zejména: Sestavování měsíčních daňových přiznání k dani z přidané hodnoty včetně zpráv o sestavení daňového přiznání; zpracování, pravidelné revize a aktualizace písemné metodiky pro uplatňování DPH; zpracovávání a předložení přiznání k dani z příjmu právnických osob za roky 2026-2029; řešení dílčích i specifických problémů klienta v oblasti DPH a daně z příjmu právnických osob; zastupování VFN v rozsahu zmocnění, které bude podle potřeby uděleno daňovému poradci v daňovém řízení a v dalších jednáních se správcem daně ve věci DPH a v řízeních s touto daní souvisejících; zpracovávání a předložení přiznání k dani z nemovitých věcí za roky 2027-2030, pokud Klientovi vznikne povinnost přiznání k dani z nemovitých věcí podat. Smlouva na VZ bude uzavřena na dobu určitou do 30. 06. 2030
